Drivers & Tech Notes

The printer drivers below are the manufacturer's Windows drivers for each specifc brand of printer.  Some software applications use other drivers such as the Windows Generic Text driver (not listed below).  For example, PostalMate software uses the Generic Text driver for their CashMate POS software.  PC Charge, credit card processing software, uses the Windows drivers listed below.  Check with your software provider to ensure you are using the correct printer driver.

Samsung SRP-350

Based on Generic driver and may fix issues with other printers.  Windows XP only.

Zebra LP 2844 

For XP, Vista and Windows 7
Very large file.  Be sure to select EPL when asked in wizard.
Also used for Zebra GK420d printer.
